*Poll: Nearly a Third of Jews Avoid Identifying Themselves as Jewish Publicly:

Nearly a third of Jewish Americans say they have hidden their religious identity or avoided carrying items that would identify oneself as Jewish in public due to threats of anti-Semitism, according to a poll released Wednesday. A study by the American Jewish Coalition found that 31 percent of the respondents said they had “avoided publicly wearing, carrying, or displaying things that might help people identify [them] as a Jew.  Twenty-five percent of those surveyed also told pollsters that they at least sometimes “avoid certain places, events, or situations out of concern for [their] safety or comfort as a Jew.”

The survey’s results come as the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) says the rate of anti-Semitic incidents has doubled in the U.S. since 2015. There continues to be “an alarmingly high number of anti-Semitic acts,” ADL National Director Jonathan Greenblatt said in April. “We’ve worked hard to push back against anti-Semitism, and succeeded in improving hate crime laws, and yet we continue to experience an alarmingly high number of anti-Semitic acts,” Greenblatt said at the time.

*Digital Streams of Michael Jackson Music up Despite Damaging HBO Documentary: Report:

Digital platforms saw an uptick in users listening to Michael Jackson’s music amid renewed interest in child sex abuse charges made against the late singer, a report showed. Music industry magazine Billboard identified the increase while analyzing data from before and after the release of “Leaving Neverland,” a documentary about two men who allege they were abused by Jackson when they were children. The number of on-demand listens garnered by Jackson’s catalog on streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music increased by 22.1% in the 31 weeks following the film’s release in March by HBO, slightly outpacing the 21.8% growth experienced by the streaming industry as a whole, Billboard reported.

Radio stations played Jackson’s music 32.1% less following the film’s release, meanwhile, according to the magazine. An analysis of Nielsen Music data suggested Jackson’s songs were played an average of 14,000 per week on radio in the month before HBO first aired the movie, while stations have played his music roughly 11,000 times weekly in the months since, the report said. Jackson died in 2009 at the age of 50. Allegations of child molestation had dogged him since the early 1990s, though the release of “Leaving Neverland” called graphic attention to the claims and put the future of his posthumous career in question.

*P.C. ALERT – Always Caves to Pressure from Transgenders, Drops Feminine Packaging on Sanitary Napkins:

Always has decided to drop the Venus gender symbol from the packaging of its feminine products to accommodate transgender people. Beginning in December, the Venus symbol will no longer be included on the packaging of its sanitary products. The decision was made after transgender activists Ben Saunders and Melly Bloom contacted the company to complain. “Could someone from Always tell me why it is imperative to have the female symbol on their sanitary products? ‘There are non-binary and trans folks who still need to use your products too you know!” transgender activist Melly Bloom tweeted.

‘We listened to you and our marketing team worked a solution. We are glad to inform you that as of December we will use a wrapper design without the feminine symbol,” Always responded. Proctor & Gamble, which owns Always, told Metro UK that it will continue to champion girls and women but are “committed to diversity and inclusion, and after hearing from many people across genders and age groups, we realised that not everyone who has a period and needs to use a pad identifies as female.”

“To ensure that anyone who needs to use a period product feels comfortable in doing so with Always, we updated our pad wrapper design. Our mission remains to ensure no girl loses confidence at puberty because of her gender or period and we do this through our puberty education programs, by providing access to period products with programs such as #EndPeriodPoverty, and by using our brand voice to tackle societal barriers and stigmas like we did with #LikeAGirl,” Proctor & Gamble added.

*WOW! – $3.22 Trillion: Federal Programs That ‘Transfer Income’ Projected to Hit Record in FY20:

Federal spending programs that are “designed to transfer income … to individuals or families” are set to hit a record $3,223,943,000,000 in fiscal 2020, according to projections published by the Office of Management and Budget. These so-called “payments for individuals” (as the OMB calls them) are projected to account for 67.9% of all federal spending this fiscal year and consume 14.4% of the nation’s gross domestic product. In its Historical Table 6.1, Composition of Outlays, the OMB reports the annual amounts spent on “payments for individuals” going back to fiscal 1940 in both current year and constant fiscal 2012 dollars. In the same table, it published its estimated totals for fiscal 2019 through fiscal 2024. In 1940, the federal government spent only 2.1% of GDP on “payments for individuals.” As a percentage of GDP, these payments peaked in fiscal 2010 at 15.5%.

But in inflation-adjusted dollars, the total amount the federal government spends on these payments has increased since then. In fiscal 2010, federal “payments for individuals” totaled $2,406,300,000,000 in constant 2012 dollars. But by fiscal 2019, according to the OMB estimate, they had increased to $2,835,300,000,000 in constant fiscal 2012 dollars, and in fiscal 2020, they are projected to hit a record $2,837,500,000,000 in constant 2012 dollars (or $3,223,943,000,000 in current year dollars). What exactly are these “payments to individuals” that will consume 67.9% of all federal spending this year? “These are federal government spending programs designed to transfer income (in cash or in kind) to individuals or families,” the OMB says in the introduction to its historical spending tables. “To the extent feasible,” says the OMB, “this category does not include reimbursements for current services rendered to the Government (e.g., salaries and interest).”

“The payments may be in the form of cash paid directly to individuals or they may take the form of the provision of services or the payment of bills for activities generally financed from personal income,” the OMB says. “They include outlays for the provision of medical care (in veterans’ hospitals, for example) and for the payment of medical bills (e.g., Medicare),” says the OMB. “They also include subsidies to reduce the cost of housing below market rates and food and nutrition assistance (such as SNAP — formerly food stamps),” the OMB says. In Table 11.3, Outlays for Payments for Individuals by Category and Major Program, the OMB breaks down the total outlays for “spending programs designed to transfer income” by the programs through which the income is transferred. The most expensive set of these programs deals with medical care. In fiscal 2020, the OMB estimates, federal medical care programs will spend a total of $1,434,169,000,000.

Within this category, Medicare will spend $808,340,000,000, and Medicaid will spend $418,151,000,000. Social Security and the railroad retirement program will spend another $1,110,989,000,000. The civil service retirement program will spend $89,524,000,000. The earned income tax credit will spend $62,551,000,000. The Supplemental Security Income program will spend $53,440,000,000. Housing assistance programs will spend $48,928,000,000. (food stamps) will spend $48,603,000,000. Non-veteran student assistance will spend $44,654,000,000.

*Another Brutal Gang Slaying In Sanctuary City Seattle, Yet Police Still Won’t Work With ICE:

Another person has been murdered in the Seattle area due to gang violence committed by illegal immigrants, yet the city still refuses to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Carlos Orlando Iraheta-Vega, a member of the MS-13 gang, was arrested and accused of the brutal slaying of his teenage friend, Juan Carlos Con Guzman. Iraheta-Vega, who entered the country illegally, is accused of bashing Guzman to death with a baseball bat, and then working with another gang member to chop the body into pieces using a machete. One of Guzman’s arms and legs had been severed. Marks on his neck suggested the perpetrators attempted to cut his head off.

The Washington Times reported that Iraheta-Vega, 20, “admitted to the killing, saying he’d arranged to fight Juan Carlos but somewhere along the way he and a fellow MS-13 confederate, nicknamed ‘Inferno,’ decided to kill him instead.” The Times also reported that Iraheta-Vega would have been deported about a year ago had Seattle cooperated with ICE at the time. “But King County refused to notify ICE that Mr. Iraheta-Vega was being released from jail, and instead freed him into the community. He would have more run-ins with the law, each time escaping ICE’s clutches, until his arrest last week on suspicion of murder,” the outlet reported.

Iraheta-Vega’s arrest on suspicion of murder came just one week after Carlos Daniel Carillo-Lopez was arrested on charges of participating in the murder of a teen boy with fellow gang members. The boy was targeted because his girlfriend had posted a photo of herself online making the hand sign of a rival gang. Carillo-Lopez was a member of the Surenos gang and was prepared to fight a boy who was previously his friend. But after the boy’s girlfriend posted photos of herself making the hand sign of the 18th Street gang, Carillo-Lopez joined others in killing him, the Times reported.

*Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Unveils Bill That Would Give Federal Benefits To Illegal Aliens:

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has found yet another way to spend your money. The 29-year-old former bartender Congresswoman has unveiled a new six-bill package of legislation titled “A Just Society.”

“A just society provides a living wage, safe working conditions, and healthcare. A just society acknowledges the value of immigrants to our communities. A just society guarantees safe, comfortable, and affordable housing,” says a page on her House website dedicated to the package. “By strengthening our social and economic foundations, we are preparing ourselves to embark on the journey to save our planet by rebuilding our economy and cultivate a just society.” The package has six parts:

•     “The Place to Prosper Act” would prevent year-over-year rent increases of more than 3%.

•  “The Uplift Workers Act” would mandate that the Department of Labor to create a “worker-friendly score” considering factors such as paid-family leave, a $15 minimum wage and union membership.

•    “The Mercy in Re-entry Act” would grant public benefits to those convicted of criminal offenses.

•    The “Guarantees the Economic, Social and Cultural Rights for All Act” does, well, just that.

•    “The Recognizing Poverty Act” orders the Department of Health and Human Services “to adjust the federal poverty line” based on location.

•    “The Embrace Act” would allow illegal aliens to claim the same welfare benefits as all U.S. citizens and legal immigrants.

*HERE WE GO AGAIN – Happy Halloween! Annual ‘Offensive’ Costume Bans Begin, Starting With Michigan State University:

Every year, as Halloween approaches, the social justice-oriented “woke” police begin issuing their edicts, proscribing certain “offensive” costumes and cancelling Halloween events lest someone — anyone — be offended. Late last month, an elementary school in the tony Chicago suburb of Evanston announced that they would be cancelling Halloween altogether over concerns that some children who did not celebrate the holiday would be offended by chilling costumes and spooky treats. A Wisconsin school followed suit, calling the holiday “inappropriate” and not “inclusive,” and also did away with parades, parties, and costume-wearing in school. Supervisors at the school district claim that the holiday made certain children feel excluded and highlighted “inequities.”

Across the pond in Scotland, one school swapped out Halloween for “Autumn Dance,” according to the Sun, after two parents complained that “not all families celebrate Halloween,” and forcing kids to purchase Halloween costumes to wear to school could put an unnecessary strain on family budgets. Most schools happily incorporate Halloween into their calendars, though — at least for the first twelve years of mandatory schooling. Once students get to college, the real woke police take over, sucking the fun out of Halloween with strict rules about which costumes are acceptable and which costumes could lead to trouble. Michigan State University leads the way in 2019, releasing its rules late last week and pasting posters across campus asking students to consider whether their planned costumes are racially, culturally, or ethnically based.

*SpongeBob Squarepants Is A ‘Violent,’ ‘Racist’ Colonizer, College
Professor Says:

“Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?” You know you know the answer. It’s SpongeBob SquarePants, the iconic cartoon character loved by kids and adults alike, who on Friday turned 20 years old. The animated sponge spends his days getting into wacky adventures along with his buddies Patrick Starfish, Squidward Tentacles, and Mr. Krabs. And without speaking down to children, the lovable, absorbent square doles out some life lessons along the way.

But a University of Washington professor thinks SpongeBob is violent and racist. Yes, seriously. Holly M. Barker has penned a piece titled, “Unsettling SpongeBob and the Legacies of Violence on Bikini Bottom.”

Barker’s abstract asserts that SpongeBob has colonized Bikini Bottom — the underwater home to the lovable characters — and claims the cartoon is “whitewashing” the “violent American military activities” against natives on Pacific islands, specifically the Bikini Atoll in the Marshall Islands, used by the U.S. military for nuclear testing:

This article exposes the complicity of popular culture in maintaining American military hegemonies in Oceania while amplifying the enduring indigeneity (Kauanui 2016) of the Marshallese people, who maintain deeply spiritual and historical connections to land — even land they cannot occupy due to residual radiation contamination from US nuclear weapons testing — through a range of cultural practices, including language, song, and weaving. This article also considers the gendered violence of nuclear colonialism and the resilience of Marshallese women. The Bikini Atoll remains uninhabitable, and some conspiracy theorists claim the cast of SpongeBob SquarePants were mutated by the testing. Barker declares that as an “American character” allowed to live there, SpongeBob showed his privilege of “not caring about the detonation of nuclear bombs.”

“SpongeBob’s presence on Bikini Bottom continues the violent and racist expulsion of Indigenous peoples from their lands (and in this case their cosmos) that enables U.S. hegemonic powers to extend their military and colonial interests in the postwar era,” she wrote. Barker even rips the theme song, saying it denounces Bikini Bottom as full of “nautical nonsense.” “The song’s directives, ensconced in humor, provide the viewer with an active role in defining Bikini Bottom as a place of nonsense, as the audience is instructed ‘If nautical nonsense be something you wish… drop on the deck and flop like a fish,’ ” she wrote. Barker says the children’s show is full of gender bias as well, writing, “all of the main characters on the show are male.” Sandy Cheeks, a squirrel that lives underwater with the aid of an old-fashioned diving suit, is, of course, a female, but Barker says she’s just a token. In conclusion, Barker writes, “We should be uncomfortable with a hamburger-loving American community’s occupation of Bikini’s lagoon and the ways that it erodes every aspect of sovereignty.”

*Hillary, Chelsea Clinton Have Awkward Moment Over Whether A Person With A Beard And A Penis Can Identify As A Woman:

Hillary Clinton is busy hawking yet another book, this one about “gutsy” women. The two-time presidential unsuccessful candidate — who may just jump into the 2020 race after all — wrote the book with daughter Chelsea. Titled “The Book of Gutsy Women: Favorite Stories of Courage and Resilience,” the book highlights the work of civil rights activist Dorothy Height, swimmer Diana Nyad, writers Rachel Carson and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, historian Mary BeardLGBTQ trailblazer Edie Windsor, and Danica Roem, the first trans woman elected to a U.S. state legislature.

Hillary, 71, and Chelsea, 39, sat down with a British reporter over the weekend, and the differences in their worldviews were on display. In an interview with The Sunday Times, journalist Decca Aitkenhead asked the pair if a person with a beard and a penis can be a “woman.” Chelsea quickly answered “yes,” but Hillary looked “uneasy,” the Daily Mail reports. “Errr. I’m just learning about this,” Hillary said. “It’s a very big generational discussion, because this is not something I grew up with or ever saw. It’s going to take a lot more time and effort to understand what it means to be defining yourself differently.” In her piece, Aitkenhead tells Hillary that many British feminists of Hillary’s generation “have a problem with the idea that a ‘lesbian who doesn’t want to sleep with someone who has a penis is transphobic.’”

*More Than a Dozen Police Are Killed in Ambush in Mexico:

At least 13 state policemen in southwestern Mexico were killed and three others wounded Monday in an ambush by suspected members of a drug cartel, the largest such attack on security forces in several years.  The attack in Michoacán state raises pressure on Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, as his government struggles to tamp down on record murder rates across the country.

Gunmen ambushed the police near the remote town of Aguililla. Mexico’s Public Security Ministry said in a tweet it would provide state officials with all needed resources to catch the attackers and bring them to justice.

The ministry said 14 policemen were killed, while Michoacán state authorities said 13 were killed and at least three wounded. Local media showed images of burnt-out police vehicles along the road near Aguililla, which is a hotbed of violence as rival cartels fight to control drug production and smuggling routes.

*SHOCK – 95% of Tested Baby Foods in U.S. Contain Toxic Metals Damaging to Children’s Brains, Investigation Finds:

Toxic heavy metals damaging to your baby’s brain development are likely in the baby food you are feeding your infant, according to a new investigation. Tests of 168 baby foods from major manufacturers in the US found 95% contained lead, 73% contained arsenic, 75% contained cadmium and 32% contained mercury. One fourth of the foods contained all four heavy metals. One in five baby foods tested had over 10 times the 1-ppb limit of lead endorsed by public health advocates, although experts agree that no level of lead is safe. The results mimicked a previous study by the Food and Drug Administration that found one or more of the same metals in 33 of 39 types of baby food tested.

Foods with the highest risk for neurotoxic harm were rice-based products, sweet potatoes and fruit juices, the analysis found. “Even in the trace amounts found in food, these contaminants can alter the developing brain and erode a child’s IQ. The impacts add up with each meal or snack a baby eats,” the report said. The tests were commissioned by Healthy Babies Bright Futures, which calls itself an alliance of scientists, nonprofit organizations and donors trying to reduce exposures to neurotoxic chemicals during the first months of life.

*Nervous Nation: 1 In 5 Americans Believe They Have An Undiagnosed Anxiety Disorder:

Anxiety has always been an uncomfortable fact of life. Even the calmest of individuals experience the occasional nervous moment, but is anxiety on the rise in modern society? According to a new survey of 2,000 Americans, the answer is a resounding yes. A shocking one in five respondents say they feel anxious so often that they actually believe they are dealing with an undiagnosed anxiety disorder. The survey, put together by CBD company Endoca, polled Americans on their day-to-day anxious feelings and discovered that the average American experiences five anxious moments every day. Interestingly, these anxious moments often lead to feelings of self-consciousness as well; 43% of respondents say they’ve been overwhelmed by their anxiety, which then causes them to feel embarrassed. In fact, almost three quarters of respondents say they are embarrassed after every single anxious moment.

These statistics shine a revealing light on just how far we as a nation have to go to remove the stigma from mental health problems and negative feelings. Among respondents who admit to feeling embarrassed by their anxiety, 58% say it is because they believe they should be a stronger person, and another 53% say they feel isolated and different from their peers. So, what are Americans’ biggest anxiety triggers? Work was listed as the number one source of anxiety among respondents, with just under half listing it as their most frequent trigger. That’s followed by social events or going out (47%), financial worries (45%), and romantic relationship issues (40%).

*Chick-Fil-A Sales Have Only Doubled Since The LGBT Boycotts Began In 2012:

The Left‘s most-hated fast-food chain, Chick-fil-A, seems to just keep ramping up the sales no matter how much harassment or protest is thrown its way. Ever since the left-wing boycott crusade against the chicken empire began in 2012, sales have not only increased, they have doubled.” Chick-fil-A’s annual sales have more than doubled since LGBT and liberal groups began calling for a boycott of the restaurant in 2012, according to a new analysis,” reports Christian Headlines. “In 2012, when controversy arose over the CEO’s comments about same-sex marriage, sales totaled $4.6 billion, up from $4.1 billion the year before. In 2018, sales totaled $10.46 billion, making it the third-largest restaurant in the United States behind McDonald’s and Starbucks.

On top of the sales bumps, the chain has added 700 new restaurants in the span of those seven years. Journal & Courier noted that in 2018 alone, Chick-fil-A saw a sales increase more than four times that of Starbuck’s at 16.7%. More details below: There are more than 2,400 Chick-fil-A locations nationwide, compared to more than 14,000 Starbucks’ and McDonald’s locations each. Start-up costs for an operator for a Chick-fil-A are only $10,000, just 10 percent of the minimum cost for a McDonald’s. The average Chick-fil-A location brought in $4.6 million in annual sales in 2018. Chick-fil-A’s digital sales via delivery and carryout are also continuing to grow and the restaurant was found to be teenagers’ favorite fast food restaurant, ousting Starbucks in a 2019 survey.

*Warren: Inmates Are ‘Entitled’ To Taxpayer-Funded Transgender Surgery:

Democrat presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren claimed on Thursday night that criminals who are locked up in prison are “entitled” to taxpayer-funded gender reassignment surgery while they are in prison. Warren made the remark when she was asked by CNN’s Chris Cuomo about her previous stance that it was wrong for American taxpayers to have to pay for transgender inmates to get gender reassignment surgery. “Do you regret that?” Cuomo asked.

“Yup,” Warren responded. “It was a bad answer [at the time]. I believe that everyone is entitled to medical care and medical care that they need and that includes people who are transgender who, um, it is time for them to have [transgender] surgery. I just think that’s important.”

*Theaters’ New Way to Silence Cellphones: Lock Them Up:

Cellphone interruptions are the bane of almost every performer. But now, more cultural institutions and theatrical producers in New York City are embracing a way to curb the use of the devices during shows. Namely, they are making audience members squirrel them away for the entire performance. Yondr, a company behind a lockable case that is used to store phones during shows, is gaining acceptance in more venues around town. The case (or Yondr pouch, as it is often dubbed) stays with the theatergoer throughout the performance and is locked and unlocked with the assistance of Yondr support personnel.

Freestyle Love Supreme,” a show that combines hip-hop and improvisational comedy, has become the second Broadway production to use the Yondr system. Dave Chappelle’s 10-show Broadway engagement earlier this year was the first.

*Survey Reveals ‘Alarming’ Civic Literacy Crisis Among College Graduates:

College graduates are responsible, in part, for a “knowledge crisis” regarding basic civic literacy in the United States, according to a recent survey that revealed “alarming results.” For example, less than half of college graduates surveys knew the term lengths of U.S. Senators and Representatives. A recent survey has uncovered “alarming results” which point to “a crisis in civic understanding and the urgent need for a renewed focus on civics education at the postsecondary level,” according to the American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA), which commissioned the survey. Among the results, 18 percent of respondents selecting Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) as the author of The New Deal — a series of programs and regulations that had actually been enacted by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in the 1930s. Among college graduates, 12 percent selected Rep. Ocasio-Cortez.

Moreover, 26 percent of respondents selected Brett Kavanaugh as the chief justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, while 14 percent selected Antonin Scalia, who passed away in 2016. Among those respondents, 15 percent of college graduates selected Brett Kavanaugh, with less than half of respondents correctly selecting John Roberts. The survey, entitled, “America’s Knowledge Crisis: A Survey on Civic Literacy,” also noted that 63 percent of respondents did not know the term lengths of U.S. Senators and Representatives, with less than half of college graduates selecting the correct answer.

*Dental Hygienist Loses License, Labeled Sex Offender For Sleeping With Client – His Wife:

Alexandru Tanase was a dental hygienist until he was stripped of his license and labeled a sexual abuser for sleeping with a patient. The woman he slept with? His own wife, but that didn’t seem to matter to the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario.

The New York Daily News reported that Tanase “confessed to cleaning the teeth of Sandi Mullins… on several occasions between April 2015 and August 2016.” The two were engaged at the time and are currently married. For three years, Tanase attempted to fight the allegations against him, arguing that he wrongly believed a Canadian law that allowed dentists to work on their significant others applied to hygienists.

On Facebook, Tanase said he thought the bill would be helpful for his wife, whom he said “suffers from dental fear and anxiety like so many other clients.” After one of the treatments, his wife, Sandi Mullins, posted a picture with Tanase. The former dental hygienist wrote on Facebook that in the “summer of 2016, a complaint was filed with the CDHO by a former friend and Facebook acquaintance of my wife’s, who saw a photo my wife posted, saying how happy she was with her dentist and what an amazing dental hygienist she had.”

*One in 7 Adults in New Orleans Has a Warrant Out For Arrest, New
Data Shows:

There are more than 56,000 outstanding warrants in New Orleans’s Municipal Court, dating to 2002, according to city data. A staggering 1 of 7 adults in the country’s 50th-largest city have a warrant out for their arrest. Typically, the crime is failing to appear for scheduled court dates for minor, nonviolent offenses that do not carry a jail sentence, including panhandling and fishing without a license. (Two notable exceptions are battery and domestic abuse, which account for roughly 6 percent of all the warrants.) Anderson characterizes most of them as old nuisance crimes bogging down an already overburdened criminal justice system.

*YIKES! – Jeff Bezos Would Pay $9 billion a Year in Wealth Taxes Under Bernie Sanders’ Plan:

Jeff Bezos would pay about $9 billion in taxes this year under Sen. Bernie Sanders’ proposed wealth tax. As part of his primary campaign and efforts to outflank the rise of Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sanders announced a wealth tax Tuesday morning that would hit multibillionaires like Bezos especially hard. The Amazon CEO would pay more in annual wealth taxes than the net worth of the 50th richest American as listed by Forbes. “I don’t think billionaires should exist,” Sanders told the New York Times. If his tax plan were put into effect, billionaires would lose half their wealth in 15 years, provided all other factors (like their stock prices or business values) remained constant.

——————————————————

1. “I blew over the limit. I might as well plead guilty.”

“People incorrectly believe that because they blew over the limit, they can’t win so they might as well plead guilty and get it over with,” explains Vince Imhoff, “that’s because OVI (Operating a Vehicle while under the Influence) sounds like a very cut-and-dried case. If you are over 0.08% you are going to be found guilty, right? Wrong. Depending on the situation, the test might be inadmissible. If it is inadmissible it cannot be used against you. If it cannot be used against you then, for criminal law purposes, it is like it never happened.”
